However, who the story was by was not included.

What images are prioritized in the opening sequence? 

The image of Cleopatra's eggs is what is prioritized in the opening sequence. The history of her lost eggs and the development of a fake egg is what is shown throughout the titles.

How does the film establish a feeling of the genre from the opening sequence? 

The film establishes elements from the thriller genre in the opening sequence by having a mysterious and engaging atmosphere through low lighting, dark and shadowy settings, and eerie music.
