Planning Blog: Location, Participants, Health, and the Schedule.

Welcome!

Today we’ll be going over key parts for this film! We will be discussing locations, participants, health, and the schedule.

First is locations:

Tree Tops park, West Regional Library, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach, My apartment, and my aunt’s house.

Second is Participants

Aaliyah James as Jennifer

Jaden Tran as James

Logan as Aaron

Savannah Dorset as Lani

Hanya Campbell as Hanya

Filming, Editing, and Directing

Kemora Whitelocke

Third is Props/Costumes:

Props will include a canon camera, headphones, books, pencils, red paper, envelope, ect. Costumes will be everyday clothing, not too flashy but not sloppy.

Fourth is Health and safety: In order to keep us safe, my parents have volunteered to be a part of our "safety team". They help assure us that there is constant supervision, with access to a phone that can dial 911, and a first aid kit within reach. The safety team ensures our safety and well-being by monitoring our whereabouts at all times. They will be watching us while we are filming both inside and outside to make sure we don't run into any incidents.

My parents can respond to emergency situations more quickly and effectively while also providing immediate assistance in case of any accidents or injuries. Additionally, having a "safety team" that can respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively provides a sense of security and peace of mind for everyone involved in the production. Luckily, this production does not include doing any hazardous activity or any violent props so the team should not run into any issues.

Finally the Schedule:

1/17 -20: I want all apartment and bookstore scenes to be completed within this timeframe.

1/25: I want all scenes in the TreeTops location to be filmed by this time.

2/14-15: I want all downtown Fort Lauderdale scenes to be completed within this timeframe.

2/17: I want all scenes at my aunt's house to be filmed by this date.

This was an amazing experience to plan out. However, like most plans you must have a back up. If we aren't able to film in the library we will find another one that will allow us. In the same way, if something happens that pushes everything off schedule, I will simply create a new one that all participants are free for. If any participants quit, I always have back up's!

That's all for today!
Logging off.
